Historical Note

The first Library Letter was issued in June of 1983. The purpose of this newsletter was to provide information about the J.D. Williams Library’s contribution and expansion within the University of Mississippi and the state of Mississippi as well as to attract donors to become Friends of the Library and aid in the library’s progress. This newsletter was issued quarterly.
