
My role:
As Head of Research and Instruction Services I support teaching and learning at all levels through a broad team of librarians and staff in the Department of Research and Instruction and serve as a faculty advisor for Library Ambassadors. I have subject liaison responsibilities to the departments of Health, Exercise Science and Recreation Management; Nutrition & Hospitality Management; and Communication Sciences and Disorders. I coordinate reference desk assistance, outreach, and instruction to faculty, staff, students and the community. My research involves student learning and user expectations in libraries, academic library outreach, and instructional design in library services.
