Congressional Record. 1873-present. Official record of the debates and actions of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. Published daily when Congress is in session. At the end of each session of Congress, daily editions are collected, repaginated, and re-indexed into a bound, permanent edition. House and Senate Documents which may include reports of executive departments and independent organizations, reports of special investigations, and annual reports of non-governmental organizations.
