The T.H. Rayburn Collection consists of twentieth-century philatelic envelopes whose stamps honor Civil War and Old West images, including a number of U.S. Presidents and other political figures.
Collection contains artwork, photographs, and correspondence related to the Civil War created during the mid 19th century.
