Scope and Content Note

The collection is a ledger, 1897-1900, of an unnamed business, possibly located in
Mississippi. The ledger contains correspondence and business documents related to
the Woodbridge Canal & Irrigration Company in California, among the state’s first
successful irrigration projects. Cotton sales are also described.
