How Service Requests Are Handled

After a request has been submitted, it will be placed in the queue and answered as quickly as possible by library and auxiliary CPA staff.

Materials will be held for 48 hours pending a member’s response. If members have not replied within 48 hours, they must submit a new request.

Photocopy and fax services are provided to AICPA members only.
