Biographical Note

Dr. Franklin (Frank) E. Moak was born in 1925 in Sweetwater, Mississippi. Moak served as Dean of the Division of Student Personnel at the University of Mississippi from 1964 to 1981 where he also taught higher education courses. Before being hired on at the University of Mississippi he taught at Columbia University from 1958-1960.
