Library Exhibit Policy

The University Libraries Exhibitions Policy outlines standards for exhibits that support research, creativity, and academic freedom. Displays reflect UM’s mission, curriculum, and commitment to the UM Creed.

The mission of the UM Libraries is to inspire intellectual discovery, research, creativity, and lifelong learning. Exhibits within the Library should align with these goals. The UM Libraries are committed to presenting high-quality exhibits that connect to the University of Mississippi’s mission and vision, including the curriculum, faculty and student research, campus organizations and events, and current events. Exhibits must uphold the tenets of the UM Creed while preserving the university’s commitment to academic freedom.
